So we bought your book, and one month later the pool could be used and our child was jumping up and down in the water like a mad-thing.
Today the concrete decking is still to be done around the pool. In fact I think I am going to do it the same way you did.
All our friends think the pool is beautiful. I am going to have others to do for close friends and relations. Ours cost 4000€ (pool+ hole+filtration) and I have hardly any creases (just at the level of the steps because of its unusual form), I bought a ballast to welder the geomembrane.
Don't listen to people who mock your idea. These people don't deserve to read your book. The creases, can all be smoothed out according to your budget, and if you think of the price of the book in relation to the result, 50€ is nothing… If you are interested I will send you other photos of the evolution and the finishing touches.
